Childbirth Preparation Class (6-week series)

Six informative classes to prepare expectant parents for the task of labor, birth and parenting. The classes are on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Series includes breathing and relaxation techniques, what to expect in labor, labor support, birth options, newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum care and hospital tour. you will need to bring 3 pillows and a mat. Our fee for the six-week series is $85.00.
