If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please call the office 24 hours in advance.

We schedule surgeries according to the medical necessity of the patient. We will, however, try to accommodate your date requests. Questions regarding surgeries can be directed to our medical assistant, (505) 913-3025.

If the provider requires additional testing for diagnosis, we will provide assistance in scheduling your procedure or diagnostic imaging.

We'd like to make your visit as comfortable as possible, so please let us know of any special needs or beliefs so we can accommodate you.

From Southbound HWY. 285 (Espanola): Follow 285 as it becomes ST. FRANCIS DRIVE. Continue South on ST.FRANCIS DRIVE. Exit on the ST. MICHAEL'S DRIVE. ramp. Turn Left onto ST.MICHAEL'S DRIVE/NM-466 heading East. Turn Left at second light onto BOTULPH ROAD/HOSPITAL DRIVE. The Breast Institute is located in the Medical/Dental Building at 465 ST. MICHAEL'S DRIVE (second right). Suite 204 is on the second floor.

From Intersate 25

Take I-25 North to ST FRANCIS DRIVE/US-285 N/US-84 N exit. Take exit 282B-A toward Los Alamos/Taos/Santa Fe-Plaza. Continue North on ST FRANCIS DRIVE Exit on the ST. MICHAEL'S DRIVE ramp, turning right to head East. Turn Left at second light onto BOTULPH
RD/HOSPITAL DRIVE. The Breast Institute is located in the Medical/Dental Building at 465 ST. MICHAEL'S DRIVE (second right). Suite 204 is on the second floor.
